The Foyer Entering, you are greeted by a grand foyer that sets the tone for the entire property. The space is illuminated by natural light streaming through large windows, reflecting off polished marble floors. The high ceilings are adorned with recessed lighting, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. A statement chandelier hangs at the center, casting a soft glow that accentuates the meticulous craftsmanship of the wood paneling and trim.

The Lobby Moving from the foyer into the lobby, you find yourself in a space that balances comfort and luxury. The lobby is an expansive area furnished with plush seating arrangements, elegant coffee tables, and carefully selected decor pieces. The lobby at 601 Lido serves as the first impression for residents and visitors alike. It is a grand space that combines elegance with comfort, and at DBM, we saw the potential to elevate this area into an even more impressive environment. Using our advanced design techniques and keen eye for detail, we transformed the lobby into a luxurious haven.

Classic Coastal Elegance In our first design for the left side of the lobby, we embraced classic coastal elegance. We maintained the light, airy colors that characterize

the coastal theme but introduced richer textures and more sophisticated furnishings. The walls were adorned with custom millwork, adding a layer of depth and craftsmanship to the space.

A new chandelier, inspired by the shimmering waves of the ocean, was installed to enhance the ambiance.

Comfortable seating was reconfigured to create intimate conversation areas, making the space more functional for both social gatherings and quiet relaxation. The addition of nautical artwork and subtle marine-themed decor elements tied the design together, reinforcing the coastal connection.

Modern to Coastal Chic The lobby was reimagined from a modern coastal chic to contemporary with every aesthetic close to these design styles kept in mind while we created your looks. We introduced sleek, contemporary furniture, and minimalist decor to create a stylish and functional space. The color pilot remained light and neutral, but was complemented by bold accents, and several colors from navy to turquoise even an all white theme that is simply unmatched. We always focus on adding a vibrant touch to each design.

Innovative lighting solutions were implemented to highlight architectural features and create a dynamic visual experience. Large mirrors were strategically placed to enhance the sense of space and reflect natural light, making the lobby feel even more expansive.

At DBM, we saw the potential to elevate this room into a stunningly versatile area that marries elegance with functionality. Here’s how we transformed the Marine Room into a breathtaking haven using the four design concepts provided.

Modern Coastal Oasis In our first design for the left side, we embraced the serene blues and natural textures of the coastline to create a modern coastal oasis. The walls were adorned with light wood paneling to enhance the natural light filtering through the expansive windows. We introduced a color palette dominated by aqua and white, complemented by airy furnishings and minimalist decor.

A statement chandelier mimicking the gentle movement of ocean waves became the centerpiece, casting a soft, welcoming glow across the room.
