Airports Council International (ACI), the voice of world airports, has awarded Moi International Airport (MIA), Mombasa, with the coveted Best Airport by Size and Region - Under 2 Million Passengers per year in Africa Category for the year 2022, in recognition of exceptional customer service.

The award was based on ACI's renowned Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Surveywhichcapturespassengers'experienceatallairportpassengercontact points at more than 300 airports worldwide. ASQ is the world's leading airport customer experience measurement and benchmarking program with closeto400participatingairportsin95countries.
