One of the top five chemical manufacturers in the world had a mandate to raise the service standards of their American distribution. On-time performance and customer care provide a competitive advantage in chemicals and their new supply chain leadership wanted to increase their lead.

The company’s direct relationships with 20 to 30 top-tier less-than-truckload (LTL) carriers was an administrative challenge. Pricing, booking, tracking and billing was initiated through 20 to 30 different websites.
