Your first crush- I can’t really remember mine, but I certainly can think of a few things I’m crushing on right

The red, black and gray coordinates with the colors from our previous collections, and the line includes great low volume prints, perfect for backgrounds. Our favorite print? Our fabric line, Hyde Park, is named for a historic neighborhood in the Kansas City area. Weary travelers on the Santa Fe Trail welcomed the sight of the natural springs that meandered from rocky outcroppings to various creeks in the area. Today old homes have been restored to their former glory and neighbors once again sit on the front porch while they enjoy the sense of timelessness in the shade of old sycamore trees. You’ll be able to wrap yourself in nostalgia when you make a quilt using our Hyde Park fabric line. The soft colors and vintage-looking prints are a perfect match for remembering perfect moments.

My favorite coordinate is the horseshoe print that came about when I was drawing the horseshoes and noticed as I placed them down that it made a star shape in the middle. Fields of Bluebonnets and Indian Paintbrush blowing in the breeze, an old weathered wooden flag on a fence and Longhorn cattle being herded to a new pasture were the inspirations for the Texas Proud fabric line. Drive through any city or countryside in Texas and you will see how proud Texans are of displaying the state flag. The Longhorn featured on the bold “Texas Proud� state print belongs to my sister, Connie and her husband, Robert Conner. I am pleased they let me use their Longhorns in my art.
