As we step into this beautiful season of spring, I want to pause and speak directly to your hearts. This is the time of year when the earth stretches after a long rest, flowers bloom from the soil, and everything around us feels touched by fresh hope. What a perfect reflection of the renewal that God brings to each of us and the renewal you help bring to others.

Your work as missionaries is more than service it’s a constant planting of seeds. Seeds of faith, hope, compassion, and courage. And like a patient gardener, you trust God for the growth. You water with prayer. You nurture with presence. And through your hands, God brings life where there was once drought. Never doubt the quiet power of your labor.

Spring reminds us that no season lasts forever and that

beauty often follows the hardest winters. Many of you have faced challenges, distance, loneliness, or fatigue. But even in those moments, you were not alone. God has been right

In Isaiah 40:31, we’re reminded that “those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.” So let this be a season where you breathe deeply, open your heart to His refreshment, and remember: you are not only His messenger you are His beloved daughter.

May you feel renewed in your purpose. May the love you pour out return to you, multiplied. And may this season of spring bring peace to your soul and joy to your journey.

Thank you for blooming where you are planted. We honor you, we see you, and we are so very grateful for you.

Upcoming Events

We are looking forward to seeing your smiling faces at the Mobile District Women’s Home and Overseas Missionary Society’s Bureau of Supply Annual Prayer Breakfast. Mrs. Lola Petway, Secretary of Supply, is planning the program, one which will edify both your spirit and body. Please join us! Tickets will be available for sale at the Missionary Anniversary.

We want as many youth as possible to attend this Retreat. Registration is all-inclusive, which means that housing and meals are included in the cost of registration. ($200.00). Registration is open to May 21, 2025. Contact Secretary of Youth Mrs Diana Rivers for more information.

Life Members Celebration

A wonderful Life Members Celebration is being planned just for you. We hope you will join us on Sunday, October 13, 2024, at Twin Beech AME Zion Church.
