The Christian life is a journey

‌sometimes it can be difficult, challenging, perplexing, stressful, and even overwhelming.

But for those who choose to live in the new and living way ‌ it is very easy

Some in planning for a trip pack a lot of clutter

BUT

The new and living way is a clutterfree way of living (Luke 9:1-6)

A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, which stripped him of his raiment, and wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead. Luke 10:30 KJV

SO IN PLANNING FOR THIS TRIP WAS THE MAN PREPARED FOR IT?

Look at the outcome

THEREFORE Is it logical to pack a lot of clutter when leaving for a journey?

The Lord knows this and used Jesus Christ to open up the new and living way for His followers

What is the new and living way?

I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly‌ John 10:10 KJV

New & living way It is • An abundant life • Given to every believer in Jesus Christ • A panic-free, faith filled style of living (Hebrews 11:6) • A clutter-free way with God making provision as is needed (Proverbs 3:5,6)

This provision • May be in the form of instructions/guidance, connecting with the right person at the right time, or resources/materials to live or complete a task • Is either enough or in excess of what is required (Luke 9:17) • Comes if the relationship with the living Christ remains (John 15:4,5)

Take no thought for your life… Matthew 6:25 KJV

Therefore take no thought , saying , What shall we eat? Or what shall we drink? Or wherewithal shall we be clothed? Matthew 6:31 KJV

Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth Matthew 6:19 KJV

Why?

‌for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of before ye ask Him Matthew 6:8 KJV

If you fill your mind and life with clutter, you will not enjoy the new and living way as God intended!

‌let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us Hebrews 12:1 KJV

The failure to believe that God will provide what is needed for each stage of the journey is a sure way to erode your new and living lifestyle

So if you had to navigate through a maze what would you need?

LIFE CAN BE A MAZE…

Stop living on the panic button of life!

Start enjoying the new and living way

Stop trying to live the new life in the old way
