Al Obairi Hotel Coordinator

The hotel is in Saudi Arabia, Almadina Almonawara and has a modern marble facade with a minimal style. Our goal while designing it was to create a hotel with the greatest number of rooms, an unforgettable stay and the ability to reflect its natural surroundings.

located on the 64-meter-wide Al-Salam Road, across from the Al-Salam Colleges. The project is located 20 minutes from Prince Muhammad bin Abdulaziz Airport and three minutes from the Prophet’s Mosque. After the pedestrian bridge, it is regarded as the first project to be constructed on Al Salam Road from the southern side leading to the Haram.

The client requested a second concept in the same style, but with four floors and a ground floor. Ground floor plan Typical floor plan Roof floor plan

2-AL Madinah Revival [Urban]

A thorough analysis of the AL Madinah plan, which estimates the Al Haram presence, serves as the foundation for the overall vision. The project’s vision is based on developing the civil city into a sustainable city given its current planning condition. Additionally, “green paths” that are sustainable rely on offering all services while still allowing for a distance to be travelled. No more than 15 minutes. Mediterranean lighten gate museum

Alexandria is known for its lighthouse, which is one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World and could lead ships and boats up-to of 50 km away. I used the lighthouse concept for my museum design, the philosophy is, to lead anyone who wants to know about Alexandria and its history. As a result, the museum serves as both a gateway to the past and the eastern gateway to Alexandria.

The project concept is based on being a well-known landmark in Alexandria and becoming the eastern lighthouse and Alexandria's eastern sea gate using the lighthouse concept and spiral fibonacce.

Determine the area and the site access

Determine the area of the project into two forms

Determine the main entrance and moving the form along the spiral fibonacci

In the center of two fibonacci, the main concept appear of the lighthouse

With two elevations that faces the water and one faces the main street

Public parking is about 460m away, determining the introductory pathway

From site analysis, the port is 600m away and the garage is 460m away. The dead sea where the fishers boats berth, is 240m away from the site. East elevation

After reaching the ultimate form, analyze the flow of the form to determine the landscape

Borg El Arab Villa

A villa was created as a residence for a family who enjoys spending the majority of their time at home. The family includes a father who is an engineer, a mother who stays at home with their three daughters, and a son who is a creative engineer. The parents prefer neoclassical style, while the son prefers modern, minimal, and contemporary design, so we tried to merge between modren minimal style and neoclassic.

After fifteen years of designing the villa by another architect, the client decided to redesign his villa, We preserved the client's favourite plan outline and redesigned more interior areas while also creating a concept for the exterior elevations.

First floor plan

This floor was designed separately from the other floors as the client wishes it to be a flat by it's own. Thus, this floor we changed all walls and spaces to be well-lit and maximized airflow.

GH Public Hospital

This build is of the functional type, yet we decided to find the beauty within.

Through architectural theories, the hospital code, and some architectural elements, this building was built largely to provide psychological comfort for visitors and patients upon their arrival and to aid in their recovery.

The design concept is directed toward simplicity as well as increasing the opening areas, bringing in plenty of natural lighting into the hospital while also allowing patients to see the outside world and not feel isolated. thus increasing psychological comfort. We surrounded the hospital with green spaces, added some inside, placed others on top of the building.

calculating hospital’s total area starting site analysis the traffic and main rods to our site and calculate specifc building area and right of way to determine the form boundary

Two parts of main figure have been removed to form three main zones

At this stage we started moving the three blocks according to the function and area of each space

After we reached to the simplified form, we started with the general idea that we adopted in the project

We started deleting areas from the main block to add green space, and accordingly, the number of roundabouts in the visitors’space was increased to have a view of green space

According to the analytical study of the site, the entrances were determined from the main facade of the building and the main street to the secondary entrance and the emergency entrance on the secondary street

We began to define the vertical communication elements according to the disrtribution of spaces and functoins in the building

An emergency helipad has been added on the roof to help the injured reach the emergency space, as the hospital requires its location in the new alamein city

After determining the shap of the building according to the design principles and determining the main and secondry entrances and exits, the general site was designed on the basisi of the entrances and according to the calculation of the number of walks required for administrators and expected for visitors

Alexandria Visitors Center land mark center

The visitor center is conveniently located on the main highway in Alexandria, If you know nothing about Alexandria and are visiting for the first time, this visitors center will give you a brief history of the city and will point you in the right direction to begin your fascinating journey.

You can visit the main exhibition hall to see a large maquette of Alexandria, as well as the 3D cinema to see vivid showcases about it, so you can learn more about your next destination and Alexandria in general.

Form development

developing the form based on site analysis and determining the entrance location and orientation, and mostly the sold and void in the form based on the concept

Concept

( light house / landmark )

Our project is located on a highway, thus we need something to lead to this building easily and quickly, adopting the notion of Alexandria's lighthouse, which lights the way for sailors, and abstracting the lighthouse concept into a pole of light illuminating from an opening above the maquette at night

In addition, the maquette is lighted by natural light from dawn to sunset, as seen in the sun path diagram below

Fount Residential building for youth

This building is designed for youth, the apartments are small and designed in a modern and minimal style, and the main concept is how I can achieve the optimum comfort for residents, so I cared about windows and cross ventilation and natural light in all spaces in all models, as well as adding some green to allow fresher air and psychological comfort

The project's determinants are that apartments must be small, ranging from 45m2 to 75m2, with a maximum height of 20m, so I designed 5 apartment models and 2 duplexes with areas of 45, 60, and 75 m2

Diwany couples garden

Landscape design

Because the Diwanys are both architects, they required a work studio in their home. They usually work late, and they needed a gallery to display their works in. The couple is athletic, and they compete in triathlons, which requires them to train frequently, so they required three types of sport areas, so we designed a running track, a swimming pool, and a stationary bike area

Also, the couple is sociable; they enjoy hosting parties at their home, so we designed an outdoor party area as well as a BBQ area
