The Minnesota Aspirations in Computing program (MnAiC) is committed to empowering high school students who identify as women, genderqueer, or non-binary. MnAiC offers prestigious awards, paid internships, mentorship pairings, job shadow experiences, scholarships, and hands-on learning experiences. Beyond cultivating technical, entrepreneurial, and leadership skills, the program strongly emphasizes amplifying voices, fostering identity, recognizing persistence, and acknowledging fortitude. The upcoming MnAiC Award Ceremony is scheduled for April 18th, 2024.

CHAMPION PARTNER | $10,000 • Top priority access to an IT Talent Pipeline solution, where top award honorees are encouraged and prepared to work with your company as summer interns • Opportunity to participate in summer job shadow and/or virtual mentor experiences • Twelve company reps are eligible to attend the top-tier awards ceremony in April of each year, where your team will be seated with three award honorees and parent(s) • Opportunity to serve as a media spokesperson • Full-page advertisement in the April awards ceremony printed program • Exclusive participation in the top-level awards ceremony in April, and the Rising Star Honoree special events • Business logo is prominently featured on the online program landing page, alongside honoree photos, and in the printed program. • Priority acknowledgment in both pre-and post-awards event news releases, as well as across various social media channels

SILVER PARTNER | $500 • Opportunity to offer a summer job shadow experience or become a virtual mentor • Two company reps or two individuals eligible to attend the top-tier awards ceremony in April of each year, where you may be seated with an award honoree and parent(s) • Awards event table and other on-site logo placement • Acknowledgement in the awards event program as well as pre-and post-awards event news releases and various social media channels While sponsoring the MnAiC program provides an excellent opportunity to access promising talent, offering an internship is not mandatory.
