The Minnesota Aspirations in Computing program (MnAiC) is committed to empowering high school students who identify as women, genderqueer, or non-binary. MnAiC offers prestigious awards, paid internships, mentorship pairings, job shadow experiences, scholarships, and hands-on learning experiences. Beyond cultivating technical, entrepreneurial, and leadership skills, the program strongly emphasizes amplifying voices, fostering identity, recognizing persistence, and acknowledging fortitude. The upcoming MnAiC Award Ceremony is scheduled for April 18th, 2024.
