2023 PVA Advocacy Legislation Seminar

PVA started 2023 with a bang by returning to in-person annual Advocacy Legislation Seminar, held virtually these past few years due to lockdowns & restrictions. #PushingAccessForward remains a steady focus of PVA, as they continue their never ending efforts to help improve the lives of SCI/d veterans.

The week started with a two day Seminar, bringing together chapters, along with the national team for discussion of the various critical issues. The group benefited from many guest speakers bringing expertise and information to share. This valuable seminar gave ample time for learning and strategizing to prepare our advocates for meetings with legislators.

Armed with information and resolve, the group headed to the US Capital to help our legislators become informed about the important issues facing our members.
