The apprenticeship pathway is agreat way to learnnew skills and grow into a role within athriving business. Learners can gain essential hands-on experience while also having the security of aweekly income.

Regular support from trained Information and Guidance Officers is an integral part of the service provided to learners during their training.

Alex, who recently completed his Level 2Digital Marketing Apprenticeship with The Skills Group, said: “The support from The Apprenticeship Workshas encouraged me to push myself to be at my very best in my apprenticeship.

“I also want to give ashout out to my support officer at The Apprenticeship Works, Bev. In our regular catch-ups, I would talk her through my progress each week and she would always provide me with encouraging feedback.”

BCTG Group also includes Eurosource, PTP Training Ltd and BCTG Skills Centre. In total, the group offers 166 different types of apprenticeship and 27 pre-apprenticeship programmes for 16 to 24-year-olds.
