BC Impact Walsallisa dedicatedemployability programme, designed to help 16 –29-year-olds in Walsalland thewider BlackCountry with theircareeraspirations.

Based acrossthe borough, BC Impact Walsalloffersa unique way foryoung people to reachtheir full potential.

Delivered across thefourBlack CountryLocal AuthoritiesofDudley, Sandwell,Wolverhamptonand Walsall, theprogramme aims to addressthe barriers faced by young people whoare not in employment, educationortrainingbysupporting them into positive outcomesthat lead to abrighterfuture.

BC Impact Advisors offerone-toonecareersupport forparticipants, whichisusedtogaina full understanding of theparticipantaspirationsand barriers to reaching their goals.

Once identified,advisorswork with theparticipanttooffer atailored learning experience and flexiblesupport basedupontheir needs, utilising theresourcesthe programme provides Theprogramme hasaccesstoa diverse rangeoftrainingcourses andworkplacements allfullyfund- ed by theprogramme itself,aswell as beingabletosourceand fund unique coursesthat fitaparticipant’s needs

With this support, BC Impact Walsallalone hassuccessfully helped over150 participants achieve asuccessfuloutcome throughout 2021 andyou couldbenext.
