Recent photography by John Montesi
Following on from studies in graphic and advertising art, I gained significant experience in graphic design, print, photo and video production, creative direction and brand development. The majority of this experience, covering 20 plus years, has been in a tourism and destination marketing context.
My photography is what I would call ‘honest’ — Not overprocessed. Not over-produced. Whether a single image or photographic essay, the intention is to always communicate the essence of the subject in it’s authenticity.
