Urban Mixed-Use Shopping Plaza
Butler Plaza is a 50-acre site located in Gainesville's main shopping and dining district. The site is heavily underdeveloped and most of the space is dedicated to parking
The proposal for this area was to transform it into a mixed-use urban center that promotes a healthy lifestyle for community members and residents in adjacent living complexes.
