Sreenivassan Ramaprasad, the founder and enabler of Saamartya, is a Masters (M.Sc - Tech) graduate from BITS Pilani and a certified NLP practitioner. Ramaprasad started his career with Associated Instruments Manufacturers India P Ltd New Delhi, and consequently joined JK Tyres and CADD Centre in 1989.
At CADD Centre, he grew to become the Executive Director of the company in a span of 15 years. During his tenure in CADD Centre he was instrumental in establishing CADD Centre in Delhi and making CADD Centre a national brand. He developed the equipment business of CADD Centre in 1995. With virtually no employee and nil turnover he built the equipment business to Rs 50 crores in a span of 6 years and strengthened the company to 225 executives. Currently he is the Director in CADD Centre Training Services, Asia Pacific’s largest CAD training network with presence in 30 countries.
Ramaprasad served as COO in a new venture called iKix 3D prints which specialized in 3D services. As a Chief Operating Officer, he was able to successfully get across the concept of 3D printing services to Architectural Industry. He started another venture called Saamartya in 2016 that enables people to develop their people skills and business skills. He is actively engaged in streamlining sales processes of small and medium companies.
He is an active Rotarian, having led Rotary club of Madras West as its 50th President, made the club more vibrant with his interpersonal skills. He also initiated a Dialysis Center for the Club’s Thiruverkadu Medical Centre. He is known for his anchoring skills and he is a regular invited speaker in Rotary circles. Ramaprasad is the current President of Professional Speakers association of India Chennai Chapter.
Ramaprasad was the Vice Chairman of Indo American Chamber of Commerce Tamil Nadu Chapter which is a chamber that promotes bilateral trade between India and USA. Ramaprasad got married to Geetha in 1993 and has a daughter by name Ananya who completed her Viscom( Visual Communications) and a professional actor.
Narasimhan is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), a certified Executive Coach and a Team Coach from the Coaching Foundation India (CFI).
He is also an Endorsed Facilitator accredited by the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), where he served on the Global Board as Director of Conferences & Global Events.
His credentials include certifications in Cultural Transformation Tools from Barrett Values Centre, UK; International Intensive Training in Nonviolent Communication (NVC); and advanced psychometric tools like MBTI and EQi-2.0. As a “Certified Sorcerer” in Being Centered Leadership and a practitioner of Metaphors of Movement (MoM), he brings innovative, introspective approaches to leadership and team coaching.
With roots in business development, Narasimhan has a grounded understanding of corporate realities. His coaching spans current role effectiveness, future-readiness, and team coaching, with a strong emphasis on self-leadership, stakeholder engagement, and influence without authority.
Somu Chockalingam, a Computer Science Engineering graduate from National Engineering College, Kovilpatti, began his career with Wipro in 1994. His professional path gained momentum at General Electric (GE), where he spent a significant portion of his career. Between 1998 and 2003, he worked in the U.S., contributing to GE’s global technology initiatives and gaining extensive experience in international business.
A key milestone in Somu’s journey was his role as one of the early team members at GE Corporate International Services, which eventually transformed into GENPACT, a major player in business process and technology services. This exposure played a pivotal role in shaping his global outlook and leadership capabilities.
In 2006, Somu transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding Doyensys, a company specializing in Oracle and Cloud technologies. Under his visionary leadership, Doyensys has grown into a global organization with offices in the U.S. (Dallas), India (Chennai and Trichy), Mexico, and Canada, delivering high-value technology solutions to clients worldwide. Doyensys has been certified as a Great Place to work from 2018 and Somu has also got an award as Movers and shakers by Asia HRD awards for demonstrating breakthrough accomplishments in people development.
Beyond his professional achievements, Somu is a man of diverse interests. Since 2004, he has cultivated a love for reading, delving into literature beyond the tech world. He is also an avid nature enthusiast who finds peace in long walks through the lush surroundings of IIT Chennai, Guindy College, and the Boat Club area.
Somu’s journey reflects a blend of technical excellence, global experience, entrepreneurial spirit, and a grounded personal life rooted in curiosity and connection with nature.
