Nikhil Pant, CEO, REACHA, Delhi Mr. Nikhil headed the learning & development team of National
foundation for corporate social responsibility, which in collaboration with the Ministry of corporate affairs, GOI played a key role in formulation of CSR legislation. Apart from this, Mr. Nikhil has been associated with REACHA for over 30 years in various capacities such as Founder
Member (since 1992), Member Secretary (1997 to 2013), Principal Consultant and currently CEO. The organization works tirelessly to provide a bridge between government and underprivileged communities,
in order to maximise the impact of the government programs on the ground.
Nikhil is currently CEO, REACHA, an NGO; CSR Compliance to Impact
Consultant; Founder Lakshyaa, a development sector advisory, consulting and training firm.
