Besides his long stint with Corporates, he is a Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from International Coaching Federation, done his Transformational Leadership IMD Lausanne 2009 - 2009 Virtual Facilitation FOLKS 2021 - 2021 Competency Based HRM XLRI.
He is a Life member of Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD) Individual Member of Madras Management Association (MMA). Visiting faculty at Madras School of Social Work (MSSW). He serves on Honorary position as Director for Learning & Development with International Coaching Federation Chennai Charter Chapter.
