He is a Life member of Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD) Individual Member of Madras Management Association (MMA). Visiting faculty at Madras School of Social Work (MSSW). He serves on Honorary position as Director for Learning & Development with International Coaching Federation Chennai Charter Chapter.
