Just as technology keeps evolving, crimes associated with it too keep surfacing with new dimensions’ day by day, with the criminals becoming more innovative to exploit the latest in technology to their advantage. It is particularly so in the

post Ukraine-Russia stand-off when technology is being deployed extensively and even traditional war weapons are becoming network-based and technology-dependent. Wars are going to be fought in future more with computer and network than with traditional arms and ammunition. In this changing scenario, it would be appropriate to have a look at the recent trends in cybercrimes and how most of the offences are becoming technology-based and how all the stakeholders viz the public, service providers, investigators, advocates and the judiciary have to keep themselves updated.

With this as an objective, MMA, KAS and DiSAI are organizing an event on the theme “Recent Trends in Cyber Crimes” to provide insights from thought leaders and experts in the field which is very critical in the present environment.
