Saurabh Kumar

Saurabh is an Industry leader with over two decades of diverse experience across FMCG, Retail, Real Estate, Aviation, Logistics and Infrastructure sectors. He is an Engineering graduate from Anna University, Chennai and has done his MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Mumbai.

Over the last 8 years, Saurabh has been the CEO of several businesses. Currently, he is CEO with Kaleesuwari Group (KRPL) which is a Rs 5000+ Cr dominant FMCG player in South India with several market leading brands across Edible Oil, Food and other Consumer Product segments. Some of leading brands of the Company include Gold Winner, Cardia and Dheepam. Saurabh is driving the Group’s foray into Modern Retail and Commercial Real Estate.

In his earlier roles, Saurabh has had a successful stint with GMR Group as the CEO of GMR Air Cargo and GMR Hospitality & Retail Businesses. Earlier in his career, he also worked with Tata Strategic Management Group and Ernst & Young in the Strategy and Management Consulting space.

Saurabh is an Industry thought leader and has actively worked on Policy Advocacy and new initiatives related to Automation and New Tech. Adoption to improve Productivity, Traceability and Response Time. He was also instrumental in ensuring the safe and swift supply of vaccine distribution across India from Hyderabad and biggest vaccine import into India.

Saurabh has held several key positions in Industry Association including the Chairman of the Shipping & Logistics Committee of Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTCCI) and Board Member of Air Cargo Forum India (ACFI).

Saurabh has been awarded with numerous Industry Recognitions notable among them being Manager-of-the-Year (from Hyderabad Management Association) and CEO-with-HR & Marketing Orientation (from World HR & Marketing Congress).

Venu Prasad Menon

Venu Prasad Menon, boasting nearly three decades of experience in the content solutions domain, is a seasoned techno-commercial professional. He leads the global business and strategy for Amnet ContentSource, a company focusing on end-to-end solutions for the content ecosystem. Their clientele encompasses publishers and corporates across education, publishing, eLearning, accessibility, open access, and legal sectors, with a commitment to delivering certainty and value.

In his role as Managing Director, Menon oversees the development and delivery of innovative products and solutions utilizing AI, cloud infrastructure, and analytics. He also manages globally distributed teams and key accounts. Additionally, he has presented various projects and papers featured in international publications. His passion lies in simplifying publishing and facilitating digital transformation, and he is continuously seeking new opportunities and challenges in the content and related technologies space.
