Apart from Finsherpa, Babu is also an advisor & co-founder at a revolutionary Fintech Startup -“ROUNDUPS” . Roundups caters to millennials and Gen Z in creating a unique method of saving & investing. A passionate thought leader in the personal finance space, Babu has authored the bestselling book “Unlock Secrets to a Wealthy Life” which helps young adults to start their investing journey in a methodical manner. As a professional speaker, Babu speaks on subjects relating to investment and finance. Babu is an avid reader of non-fiction books and is an amateur marathon runner. Babu is an active Rotarian and is a part of the Rotary Club of Madras East ( RCME) where he is involved various society uplifting projects. A Past President of IFA GALAXY (one of India’s oldest and leading associations for Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs) ), Babu has been at the forefront of helping the MFDs navigate themselves to a better place. During his presidency, he got 25 fellow distributors to co author a book called STAY HUNGRY, STAY BULLISH, on how to build a Robust Mutual Fund Distribution Business.

Prior to founding Exeter Premedia, Ravi worked with several large corporations advising them on the management, transformation and delivery of content to their constituents across

world.

Ravi
has
been
instrumental
in
defining
the
company's technology, product and marketing strategies. He is a strong believer in the use of technology to enhance human potential and has successfully transformed the company's innovation culture by leading product incubation through co-creation with customers. Ravi is a global citizen who has lived in five different countries and traveled to many others.

He also managed customers, alliances, pre-sales, development, production support, IT service management, maintenance, testing as well as infrastructure and consultancy projects. He had complete ownership of delivery and service level agreements for a thousand member team across Americas, Europe, APAC and India. Prior to joining RheinBrücke, Kumar Mallampalli was the Head of Emerging Technologies, ERP and IT Services at Defiance Technologies for five years. He also had P&L ownership for SAP, EPICOR,
