Sreenivassan Ramaprasad Sreenivassan Ramaprasad, the founder and enabler of Saamartya, is a Masters (M.Sc - Tech) graduate from BITS Pilani and a certified NLP practitioner. Ramaprasad started his career with Associated Instruments Manufacturers India P Ltd New Delhi, and consequently joined JK Tyres and CADD Centre in 1989.

At CADD Centre, he grew to become the Executive Director of the company in a span of 15 years.

During his tenure in CADD Centre he was instrumental in establishing CADD Centre in Delhi and making CADD Centre a national brand. He developed the equipment business of CADD Centre in 1995. With virtually no employee and nil turnover he built the equipment business to Rs 50 crores in a span of 6 years and strengthened the company to 225 executives. Currently he is the Director in CADD Centre Training Services, Asia Pacific’s largest CAD training network with presence in 30 countries.

Ramaprasad served as COO in a new venture called iKix 3D prints which specialized in 3D services. As a Chief Operating Officer, he was able to successfully get across the concept of 3D printing services to Architectural Industry. He started another venture called Saamartya in 2016 that enables people to develop their people skills and business skills. He is actively engaged in streamlining sales processes of small and medium companies.

He is an active Rotarian, having led Rotary club of Madras West as its 50th President, made the club more vibrant with his interpersonal skills. He also initiated a Dialysis Center for the Club’s Thiruverkadu Medical Centre. He is known for his anchoring skills and he is a regular invited speaker in Rotary circles. Ramaprasad is the current President of Professional Speakers association of India Chennai Chapter.

Ramaprasad was the Vice Chairman of Indo American Chamber of Commerce Tamil Nadu Chapter which is a chamber that promotes bilateral trade between India and USA. Ramaprasad got married to Geetha in 1993 and has a daughter by name Ananya who completed her Viscom( Visual Communications) and a professional actor.

Bhargav Sundaram Bhargav Sundaram is a Post graduate in Business Management from PSG Institute of Management, Coimbatore.He started his career selling motorcycles for Enfield India Ltd.. He has always been attracted by what technology could offer to people and he shifted his attention to businesses with futuristic technology.

Being a keen motor racing enthusiast himself, it was only a matter of time before Bhargav got to do something in the automobile sector. Over the last 24 years, the organisation managed by Bhargav, Callidai Motor Works, has successfully developed many battery powered vehicles that have found markets in India and abroad. The products include : bicycles, tricycles, material handling vehicles, scooters and many types of off-road vehicles—ALL BATTERY POWERED. The organisation is also the first in India to manufacture electric (battery powered) wheelchairs and stairlifts for persons with disabilities and senior citizens. With customised mobility products, his businessCallidai Motor Works has touched the lives of over 40,000 persons with disabilities across all states in India.

Even since inception in 1998, his organisation has been employing persons with disabilities. Today they are proud employers of persons with disabilities – 35 of the 60 employees are such people. It is more of an obsession for Bhargav to employ these less fortunate people whenever and wherever he can. His organisation not only employs but also provides training to such people who would like to set up their own businesses in area related to bicycles, tricycles, wheelchairs etc..

He can be best described as a person who practices what is popularly known as social entrepreneurship which means running a profitable business with social relevance.As Chief executive of Callidai Motor Works, he has established the largest wheelchair manufacturing facility in India, capable of producing over one hundred thousand wheelchairs annually. The facility is also capable of manufacturing entire range of mobility equipment and lifts for use by persons with extreme mobility disorders.

His close involvement with the persons with disabilities at work, made him empathise with them and understand their strengths and their wants. Thus was born “Wheelchair Trust of India”, an entity that has taken upon itself the responsibility to propagate the needs of persons with disabilities. The Trust is determined not to restrict its activities locally and is keen in creating a national awareness of what could improve the lives of the persons with restricted mobility. The Trust distributes over a hundred high end powered wheelchairs at highly subsidised prices to less fortunate persons under its annual “Wheelchairs for all” programme.

Madhu Raghunath Madhu Raghunath, is the Chief Operating Officer for the Dealership Businesses of TVS Mobility Private Limited and is responsible for the P&L of the TVS dealerships of Ashok Leyland, Mahindra, Renault, Honda, Infrastructure, Construction Equipment, and Material Handling Solutions business divisions representing leading brands like Escorts, Palfinger, Zoomlion, Doosan, BYD and others and Distribution of Auto Parts of Ashok Leyland and other OESL Parts Distribution spread across various states of India employing over 4000 people.

Madhu is also the Group Head – Human Resources & Organizational Capability for TVS Mobility Private Limited, including the automotive aftermarket companies of TVS Automobile Solutions Private Limited and Ki Mobility Solutions Private Limited. Madhu has the distinction of being an HR professional transitioning into a business role and is a qualified HR professional, having done his master’s in social work specializing in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations. He also holds a Diploma in Labour and Administrative Law. He has completed his Strategic Human Resource Management programme from Ross School of Business, the University of Michigan, and the Foundations of Business Strategy course from Darden Business School, University of Virginia. He has worked for more than 12 ½ years now with the TVS Mobility group and before this has worked for over 14 years with Unilever, across all the geographies in India handling various leadership responsibilities. He started his career at Mafoi Management Consultants in Bangalore.

He is a certified Coach from the International Coach Federation and is a certified strength- based life coach from VIA Life Institute, USA. He has an interest in mentoring and developing young people.

Madhu emphasizes meticulous Execution and Care for People.

Given the dynamism that the role requires, Madhu is dedicated to giving his best with a keen sense of responsibility towards the employees, customers, and the organization. “Empowering people and his team to perform their best is one of the core tenets that Madhu believes in”.
