Uma Maheswari is a HR professional with over 2 decades of experience and has worked in global organizations in several capacities such as Organizational and Talent Development, HR Shared Services, Talent Management, Industrial relations etc. She currently leads the HR /IR function for Caterpillar India’s manufacturing plant at Thiruvallur, near Chennai. She is an extremely positive and empathetic person, loves to take challenges and an avid learner – formal learning, learning from people and through life experiences. She always focuses on providing exceptional value to business and, in that process, gets a little workaholic! She turns to good music, physical workouts, and mentors to keep balance.
