Profile
Ms Dhivya J is a Director working with the Technology Consulting practice at EY and is part of the Data & Analytics sub service line. Based in Chennai, she currently leads the Data Science, Data Engineering, and Generative AI streams within the Analytics practice.
With over 15 years of experience, she has demonstrated delivery excellence in handling projects and accounts across markets such as Americas, EMEIA and India in the area of Net Revenue Management / Revenue Growth Management, Generative AI, Customer Analytics, Social Media (Analytics, Audit and Governance) and Internal Audit Analytics.
Dhivya has played a pivotal role in bringing innovative solutions and proof-of-concepts to market, leading strategic engagements for both local and global clients. She was instrumental in developing and establishing EY India’s Pricing Analytics capability, as well as founding the Social Media Analytics, Audit, and Governance practice—both within India and on a global scale.
She completed her Executive Education at the Indian Institute of Management –Bangalore (IIM-B), specializing in Business Intelligence and Analytics. She also holds a Bachelors in Computer Application.
