V S PARTHASARATHY V S Parthasarathy (fondly known as Partha) is President of the Mobility Services Sector and member of the Group Executive Board at Mahindra Group. The newly formed Mobility Services Sector (MSS) is the growth driver and incubation platform for future investments by the Mahindra Group in technologydriven mobility companies, with the vision of co-creating the ‘Future of Mobility’. It encompasses all the mobility businesses within Mahindra, including Mahindra Logistics and the erstwhile aftermarket sector (Mahindra

Services).

The

Sector

also

leverages

Mahindra’s investments in Meru, SmartShift, and Zoomcar.

Partha is the Chairman of Mahindra Logistics, Smartshift Logistics and Meru Travel Solutions, and serves on the boards of Tech Mahindra Ltd., Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India Ltd. and CIE Automotive S.A. Spain.

He is Chairman of the FICCI Council on Sustainable Mobility, co-chair for OECD EMnet Business and Sustainability Working Group and was President of Bombay Chamber of Commerce & Industry (BCCI) in 2019.

He was the Associate Director at Xerox, before joining Mahindra in 2000. He began with an HR stint where he brought about organizational transformation and journeyed through Deming Prize. He later spearheaded functions like finance, M&A, IT and international business prior to being M&M’s Group CFO and Group CIO until 31st March 2020.

He is a much awarded professional, a thought leader, and a votary of transformational changes with over 3 decades of experience. He was awarded the Lifetime Achievement awards for both his CFO and CIO roles, the BusinessWorld - Yes Bank Hall of Fame Award, Best CFO of India Award by IMA, and Digital Icon of India Award by HPE. Partha is a CA from ICAI and ICAEW and an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s AMP (2011). He runs for Nanhi Kali (the Girl Child Education NGO) at Mumbai Marathon and was adjudged as the 2019 Change Legend for being the highest fund raiser in its history.

PAVITRA SINGH Pavitra Singh currently heads HR for PepsiCo India. With 19+ years of work experience leading large teams across geographies, she has held leadership positions across a variety of roles in India and other markets. From Center of excellence roles like Talent Management, L&D, Culture, D&I, Talent Acquisition to operating HR Business partnering roles.

She

been

PRAKASH IYER Prakash Iyer is a best-selling author, motivational speaker and leadership coach.

Prakash

started

his

career

with

Hindustan

Unilever

Limited

and

later

on

became

Managing

Director of Kimberly-Clark Lever and before that the Managing Director and CEO of Infomedia India Limited. He has managed leadership roles at PepsiCo and travelled around to handle international operations.

An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, Prakash is passionate about Cricket and people and speaks on motivation, leadership, teamwork and winner. His first book titled The Habit of Winning was published by Penguin in 2011. Apart from being shortlisted in The Economist Crossword Popular Book Award, and has been translated into seven languages. His second book- The secret of Leadership was published in 2013.

After spending nearly three decades working with teams selling everything from soaps and colas, to yellow pages and diapers, Prakash chose to step out of the corporate world in 2014 to pursue his passion for writing, speaking, and helping other people unleash the leader within.

Prakash is

now an independent director on the board of Xerox India, an advisor to Multiples- an India focused Private Equity fund and also served as the CEO of the Mumbai Indians Cricket franchise in their IPL title-winning campaign in 2015.

Prakash speaks and writes extensively on motivation, leadership, story-telling, teamwork and winning. He is one of the best leadership trainers in the coaching circuit.

ANIL SRINIVASAN As

a

highly

respected

pianist,

and

a

national

award

recepient

in

2010

for

Creative

and

Experimental Music, Anil Srinivasan's contributions in music have already been noted.

As an Educator, he is the Founder of "Rhapsody - Education Through Music", a venture that has pioneered

the

idea

of

academic

concept

learning

using

music

as

a

tool,

in

schools.

This

acclaimed syllabus, with 460 lesson plans that are age graded, curriculum aligned and consisting of both musical exercises and applications also deals with musical training and expertise in addition to concept maps.

Anil's

outreach

through

Rhapsody

now

consists

of

some

of

the

most

prestigious

schools

in

Southern India, and has 120 full-time trainers. He is a regular speaker at conferences, a columnist with The Hindu and the New Indian Express on music and the brain, and with an M Phil from Columbia University specializing in cognitive neuroscience, a respected expert resource on child development for various organizations. He was recently awarded the "Educator Extraordinaire" citation from Rotary International, the Aspen Global Fellowship for social change, and the Ken Hobbs Citation for Social Responsibility.

Anil is also an Associate Professor of Practice at KREA University, dealing with Art Science and cross-disciplinary ideas in education.
