Mr Aloysius Fernandez, Padma Shri Awardee, Founder Chairperson of Sanghamithra, Member Secretary and Ex Executive Director of MYRADA, Bangaluru, Karnataka, Ex Chairman, NABFINS Mr. Aloysius Fernandez is an economist by training and a social worker by practice. As Executive Director of MYRADA, he managed to transform the space of financial inclusion in India through the concept of selfhelp group. Over the last seven decades, Mr. Fernandez has driven social development by helping people to build institutions for sustainable growth. He pioneered the SHG movement with NABARD and presently serves as Member Secretary of MYRADA.
