Brief Profile of the Speaker Mr. S. Vivekanandan is currently associated with Organic BPS Pvt Ltd , India`s first brand purpose consultancy as Director - Purpose Branding .

Larger part of his career was with the Bennet , Coleman and Co. Ltd - Times Of India Group, India`s no.1 media conglomertae . Spent close to 30 years with the Times Group . taking care of the advertising needs of it`s large customer base.

He has over 40 years of combined ,hard core experience in the domain of Sales, Marketing, CRM , Branch operations, Brand management , Product management , Project management , Consumer Credit, Private Equity investments spread over various key industries viz. Pharma, Directional Media,- Yellow Pages, Print, TV, Radio, OOH, and Digital.

He was part of the team that launched Times TV , Radio FM, Times Internet and Times Card world``s first cobranded credit card from a media house. Has individually managed major relationships with Doordarshan, All India Radio, TN - South Asian Federation games, BCCI - Hero Cricket World Cup. Was associated with India`s most premier events viz. The Femina Miss India Show and Filmfare Awards Nite as a part of the core event management team.

He was one of the key members in the team that launched the Times of India , Chennai edition in 2008.

He spent close to 20 years in the investment division of the Times Group - Times Private Treaties/ Brand Capital and while formally retiring from the group was in charge of Brand Estate , the Real Estate Investment portfolio of the group. He was instrumental in signing quity / Real Estate deals wortn Rs. 300 Cr from Tamilnadu region. He has helped many brands grow through this working arrangement in the Brand Capital division by closely working with the promoter group. He has travelled to several countries during his tenure in the Times Group.

His key interests are - Books Tamil Literature, investments , mentoring and music.
