Synopsis We have to accept that a new technological landscape is evolving in the Digital Arena and the business owners and entrepreneurs should catch up to be successful in the days and months to come. Digital revolution represents a fundamental shift requiring companies to transform themselves and look towards, IoT, AI, Smart Factory, Dash board Big Data Analytics, profoundly.

Business Communications, organisation marketing, products, services, manufacturing, production, and the entire ecosystem needs to be wholly reviewed re-planned, re-strategized towards Digitalisation. Walking with the customers’ on their journey through various points of contact whether digital or otherwise, is no simple task for a business owner and entrepreneur, but it is becoming the cornerstone for increasing the market share in Post covid-19 scenario in the business eco-system and outsmart the competition.
