She holds an honorary doctorate recognizing her leadership in promoting cultural understanding across the globe. She is a three-decade mindfulness practitioner and coach.


Rohini Manian Rohini Manian is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Global Adjustments Services Pvt Ltd (GA) and founder of Propcierge, a prop-tech start-up disrupting the large real estate industry in India. Her work straddles two apparently disparate fields business and culture.

Being a third generation entrepreneur she has had the opportunity to expand Global Adjustments’

relocation business serving only expatriates now lending it’s expertise and services to the Indian clientele and expanded its reach to over ten cities of India. GA now serves expatriate foreign direct investment families, Non-resident Indians and resident Indians with real estate needs. Being one of the very few women in the real estate business she unifies Indian warmth and local market expertise with international processes.

Under her leadership the company has transacted over 10

million square ft, worked with over 89 nationalities and over 100 Fortune 500 companies. Promoting women in leadership, she leads an organisation that is inclusive and diverse with women at the helm. Rohini graduated with Bachelors in Science of Leadership from North Eastern University, USA. She offers gender and culture intelligence as a tool to strengthen Indian roots, and fly on global wings. In her role as a CEO, Editor-in-chief of Culturama

- India’s only magazine for expats, cross cultural expert trainer for FDI companies and speaker, she has had many speaking opportunities and her speaking style is interactive, anecdotal, giving her audience practical takeaways. Rohini also passionately serves as the Vice Chair of Global Adjustments Foundation, a non-profit organisation that launched the ChampionWoman movement under her leadership. The movement has till date empowered over 2 lakh women in South of India with tools to build financial independence and resilience. She has personally mentored over a hundred women home entrepreneurs who have in turn built successful businesses whilst also looking after their families. As a startup accelerator, member of EO and motivational speaker, she believes in guiding women to build scalable and purpose driven businesses that fundamentally improve the quality of life of fellow Indians, while creating social impact.
