N Raman Raman is a Chartered Accountant and Cost & Works Accountant from India with about 42 years of post-professional qualifications experience in senior management positions and as an entrepreneur. He has been in Dubai for nearly 4 decades starting with the position of CFO cum HR Head in Gulf Computers, an international IT company for over a decade. He was instrumental in expanding the firm from a small Dubai based entity to a multi-national organization. Became an entrepreneur in 1995 with the establishment of two firms- RCMS and RBMS – which specialized in Corporate strategic consulting and HR consulting respectively. Developed these brands from the scratch and made it to a decent level in the GCC market. Successfully merged these firms with PKF, a UK based international firm of Chartered Accountants and became its senior Director in charge of advising large and medium sized family- owned businesses in the UAE for about 16 years. Started Capitalcorp FZC about 7 years ago which specializes in the following areas: a. Corporate strategic advisory including new company structuring & formation. b. HR policies & systems including Corporate training & development. c. Investment advisory. d. Fund raising – debt & equity finance. In essence, Raman has been coaching and advising businesses across GCC for the past 26 years.

Athar held senior positions in investment banking/ wealth management in HSBC and Standard Chartered in India and in RAK Bank in Dubai. He was instrumental in receiving A+ rating for RAK Bank during his tenue with them. He has been the CEO of Mabledon Capital Limited, DIFC, Dubai for the past 5 years and facilitated more than USD 750 million of investments into international markets from private and institutional investors.
