FOUNTAINHEAD OF EXCELLENCE

Synopsis Each day is a great opportunity to try something new and push oneself into areas that test individual capacity, thus paving the way for growth, both is personal and professional lives. But very often, human beings get bogged down by challenges which very often seem much bigger than they actually are. Selfdoubt, self-pity and lack of confidence to overcome the challenges inhibits growth. Those who successfully circumvent personal challenges through planning, dedication and hard work accomplish such targets which seemed impossible in the beginning. “Leading people to reach their potential is my calling” says Meena, who started her journey from a lowermiddle-class family. She was married by the age of 16, and by 19, she was a single parent with two kids to take care of. She initially took up the teachers training course, worked in an clinic for autistic children and joined Shiamak Davar’s business as a telecaller and within six months rising to be the business manager of South Zone. Switching to INOX from there, and then moving

to PVR, she has done it all in the last 12 years

with the group. She quickly scaled up to different levels at work by understanding how the media industry works. She has successfully implemented various sales strategies for PVR to convert revenue from lakhs to crores of rupees. Having

completed

different

from
