RATHANDEEP Ms.Rathandeep is Founder-CEO of Consulting and Beyond (C & B), a distinctive professional service firm offering Tax, Audit, Management consulting and corporate finance services in Chennai. She is an MBA graduate and has done her executive program in applied finance from IIM Calcutta with 15 years of diversified experience in green field and brown field projects across various industries.

She has also completed Valuation examination recognized under Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules, 2017. She had earlier completed her online certification on valuation from New York University, Stern School of business.

She leads the firm’s Corporate Finance practice and holds the credit of growing the division from a small value-add service provided by the firm to a full-fledged practice. She provides advisory services for small and medium scaled enterprises.

appraisal,

she

provides

solutions

on

enhancing profitability, costing complications. Under her guidance, clients have seen a raise in their business unit performance, fund flow management ultimately leading to improvement of Net worth.

She is very keen and inclined on valuing companies in pursuit of making them more profitable and cash rich and is constantly exploring opportunities to add value to organizations. Her recent efforts have focused on the management of valuation assignments for clients in a wide array of enterprises and purposes.

As a function of Corporate Finance, she has done various debt raising projects for her clients through the banking channel. Under her leadership, the firm has liaised for arranging more than Rs 7.00 billion funds. She has provided direction to her clients on the capital budgeting technicalities of projects to be undertaken, their financial viability in the light of economic scenarios, future prospects coupled with the clients’ strength and capabilities. She has also advised clients with respect to their strategies in the context of purchases or divestitures of business interests. She has also advised family business on their fund management.

She represents the firm at professional bodies such as Madras Management Association (MMA), ASSOCHAM and IWN. She is a regular speaker with the “Indian Women Network” (IWN) – CII women chapters across Tamil Nadu and WEI forums. She finds reading non-fiction, travelling and spending time alone therapeutic.

Since the onset of COVID-19 during Q4 of FY 20, she has been conducting many webinars in her capacity and for organization to support Entrepreneurs to manage the challenges in Finance.
