Sangeeta Shankaran Sumesh Sangeeta is a Chief financial Officer turned Business & Leadership Coach Contributing by maximizing potential, performance and profits.

An Independent Director on Corporate Boards, Sangeeta is on a mission to enable, empower and elevate business with a purpose to serve Corporate leaders and teams to shine and succeed. She brings along rich corporate experience of twenty-five years with multinationals.

Sangeeta is a Charted Accountant, Management Accountant & completed executive education from Harvard Business School, a credentialed Coach from International Coaching federation (PCC), TEDx & Global Professional Speaker and Bestselling Author of “What the Finance”, “Get High”& “Where’s the Moolah?”.

P Madhavan Madhavan is the Executive Vice President – Sales & Marketing at TVS Srichakra Limited, one of India’s largest tyre manufacturing companies. He heads the corporate marketing function, two-wheeler tyre business for India and global markets and has been instrumental in strengthening various facets at TVS Srichakra.

He has had a long and distinguished career of over 3 decades in Indian and multinational corporations with a long record of successful stints in traditional and new age industries.

His leadership expertise includes strategic planning, implementation and driving disruptive growth. Technology is his passion and Madhavan leaves no stone unturned to explore innovations in the digitalization space. Before joining TVS Srichakra, he was the Business Head & Chief Delivery Officer at HCL Infosystems. Has also been with bluechip corporations such as the Tata Group, Pepsico and Nestle.

An alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur with a certificate in Business Management, Madhavan is a graduate in Science from Vivekananda College, Chennai and he also holds a Diploma in Business Management from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan.

Madhavan is a results-driven leader who focusses on winning in highly competitive environments that demand innovation and continuous improvement. With a large part of his career in FMCG and telecom, his forte lies in managing large and global teams.

His interests range from cricket to management books and plays a key role in CII as its CoChair in the International Linkages Sub-Committee for South India. He is also an active member of Rotary Club of Madras East, Chennai. He loves student mentorship and never misses an opportunity to engage with students on management / sports and beyond.

Malar Chandra Malar, who served as CFO at Vernalis for 17 years before successfully exiting in 2017, now holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Propel Technology Group, where she is also a founding team member. Her passion lies in fostering the growth, development, and well-being of human capital within organizations. Leveraging her background in executive coaching, she employs a unique perspective and methodology to guide individuals and teams towards realizing their full potential. She is dedicated to effecting positive change in the lives of those she encounters.

Aside from her responsibilities at Propel, Malar actively engages with startup ventures, offering mentorship and leadership coaching to their teams. With an MBA from IIM Bangalore and a keen interest in psychology, neuroscience, and Tamil literature, she continuously deepens her understanding of human behavior and development. Malar has also completed the Chief Human Resources Officer program at Wharton, further honing her expertise in the field.

Her varied experiences have shaped her approach to talent cultivation and leadership, enabling her to tackle diverse challenges with a fresh perspective. Committed to lifelong learning and growth, she remains steadfast in her dedication to assisting both individuals and organizations in unlocking their full potential and achieving remarkable success.
