How to lead the team in finding the answers? Can you coach or train them? How to know that you have become a leader?

And, finally, what makes a leader truly great?

History has taught us repeatedly that leadership need not be limited to only those with authority or position.

The New Normal has gone a step further in removing the prejudices associated with traditional leadership traits and has shown us a new way forward.
