Stage 2 Action Plan: Checklist and Reproducibles

on each initiative’s scope, convenes a consulting team to run through a first pass of ideas. It’s like writing a first draft, trying out a new recipe, or hiking an unfamiliar trail. The consulting team provides high-level feedback, asks clarifying questions, and prompts the leadership team leader to expand on his or her own thinking or design. If there is enough momentum or enthusiasm to continue on to stage 3, this initial consulting team dissolves and is reconstituted into a more formal leadership team that will help the leadership team leader execute the rest of the process.
