David Molony is Director of Valuations at MLV Property and has more than 20 years of experience across Western Australia’s commercial property sector.
David leads MLV Property’s valuation division, providing valuation and advisory services across commercial, industrial, retail and specialised assets for private, corporate and government clients.
He is recognised for his expertise in compensation matters, statutory valuations, ground rental assessments and strategic property advice, regularly assisting local and state government bodies on acquisition, leasing, financial reporting and asset management initiatives.

Wayne Srhoy is an Associate Director and Licensed Valuer at MLV Property with 28 years property experience including roles in valuation, commercial and industrial sales and leasing and commercial and retail property management. Wayne has experience in a wide range of commercial, industrial and residential sectors and has heavily been involved in providing consultancy advice to numerous government departments.

Tony Gorman is a Director of MLV Property and has more than 30 years of experience across the commercial sectors of Western Australia and the Northern Territory, specialising in valuation, sales, leasing and strategic property advisory.
Tony’s expertise spans commercial, industrial and retail property, with extensive experience in development feasibility, compensation matters, infrastructure projects, leasehold interests and investment advisory. He is widely recognised for delivering practical, commercially focused advice to private investors, corporate organisations and government agencies.
Throughout his career, Tony has held senior leadership positions including Director roles with Acumentis in Western Australia and the Northern Territory, where he led multidisciplinary teams and managed complex valuation and consultancy assignments across metropolitan, regional and remote markets.
A Fellow of the Australian Property Institute and Certified Practising Valuer, Tony has played a significant role in shaping the property profession nationally. As National President of the Australian Property Institute, he contributed to industry governance, professional standards and the advancement of valuation practice across Australia.
