What is a Wye Cottage?
A Wye Cottage — also known as a Park Model — is built to CSA Z241 standards on a traditional trailer platform and offers the comfort of a modern cottage in a compact 500–800 sq. ft. design. Each includes a welcoming outdoor deck and is designed for easy, low-maintenance seasonal living. Wye Cottages are intended for use from April through November and are not designed for year-round residential occupancy. Winterizing is simple — and our team can take care of it for you.
How is Wye Cottage Ownership So Affordable?
At Wye Cottages, you purchase and own your cottage outright, while leasing the land it sits on. By using the Land Lease model, we’re able to offer affordable cottage ownership at a fraction of the cost. And No... this is NOT a timeshare
What is Land Lease?
Land lease homeownership allows you to own your cottage without owning the land, making it a more affordable alternative to traditional cottage ownership. You own the cottage and lease the land, giving you the freedom to build equity while keeping more flexibility for travel, investing, or enjoying life.
