Our leadership and field personnel have extensive experience operating in demanding environments involving heavy equipment, excavation work, transportation logistics, industrial job sites, and continuously changing field conditions. As a result, Western Heritage Equipment places a strong emphasis on hazard awareness, communication, preventative maintenance, operational planning, and accountability at every level of the organization.

We believe every incident is preventable through proper training, preparation, and communication. Employees are expected to understand that safety is both an individual responsibility and a team commitment.

Training and continuous education remain central to our safety culture. Western Heritage Equipment is committed to ensuring employees receive the

knowledge and practical instruction necessary to safely perform their responsibilities. This includes training related to heavy equipment operation, lockout/tagout procedures, hazard communication, personal protective equipment, safe lifting practices, equipment inspections, and emergency response procedures.
