About The Visionary -

Reverend Loucille B. Hollis, M.B.A./MDiv A Professional Extraordinaire’ Anointed by God for Service.

Reverend Loucille B. Hollis is an Author, Inspirational Speaker and Ordained Minister (Preacher/Teacher) of the Gospel with professional experience in finance, risk assessment, administration and planning.

In 1993, she was nominated and received the Marquis Who’s Who of Women in Finance and Industry designation and later became the recipient of Who’s Who of Women in America (1995). Reverend Hollis holds a BA in Psychology and a MBA in Finance with honors from New York Institute of Technology (Inducted in the Psi Chi National Honor Society). She also holds a M.Div. from Luther Rice University and Seminary and is currently completing a Doctorate in Ministry.

The Vision Unfolding In 20l4, Reverend Hollis submitted to God’s call to begin It’s Kairos Time, Inc. (trade named Kairos Connection™), an outreach ministry focused on inspiring and equipping women to embrace and walk in their divine purpose, with an off shoot to leave a legacy for their children and the generation to come. Its official unveiling was March 15, 2014 at First Maplewood Baptist Church with our special guest national and international motivational speaker Cheryl Wood and the “Dare to Dream Interactive Symposium.”

As Reverend Hollis adamantly states: “God spoke and I followed his lead to create the foundation for a ministry project long ago birthed in the Spirit realm.” Almost concurrently with the ministry unveiling, she released Meditation Moments Volume I, an uplifting devotional aimed at transforming one’s vision to see one’s circumstances through God’s eyes. It is available in both print and e-book at www.amazon.com. (All funds generated go towards the ministry of Kairos Connection™).

In December, 2016, the Kairos Integrity Essay Contest was birthed, followed by Youth SpeakOut™, a ministry of love and Hope for Youth in 2017. Whether serving in ministry or business enterprise, par excellence is always her endeavor. God has chosen this vessel of honor for such a time.

Under the covering of Apostle Rebecca Garvin, Reverend Hollis has further embraced her calling as Teacher and Pastor. Pastor Elect Hollis states: As God leads, I look forward to connecting and collaborating with ministry and business leaders to fulfill God’s mission in the earth! To God Be the Glory! Annette L. Durrant, ESQ. Owner of Train to Win LLC

Annette is a Queens, NY native that grew up in a working class family. Annette obtained a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University’s School of Industrial & Labor Relations in 1981. In 1984, she graduated from St. John’s University, School of Law. For the next 30 years, Annette worked in the public sector for the New York City Transit Authority, the NYC Department of Transportation and the Long Island Rail Road. After 30 years of service with the NY MTA, Annette decided to retire in early 2016. Many Union Representatives were very supportive when they heard Annette was considering starting a training program for Union Representatives. They said that they had learned so much from her that they felt other Union Representatives would benefit from her knowledge and expertise. This is how Annette’s company “Train to Win” came into being. Annette enjoys volunteering time to “Its Kairos Time,” teaching, speaking engagements and spending time with her family & friends.

Evangelist Jai Allen Author, Singer, Entrepreneur, Inspirational Speaker Jai Allen was born and raised in Jersey City, NJ. She is a recording artist, an author of 5 books: “Living Through the Aftermath,” “Who Is She?” “Is She You?” “In Realitea, She is me”, which has also been turned into a monologued play, “Secret Confessions: Covered Wounds Can’t Heal, and Sound of Survival: The Realitea is, I am her too!”

In addition to her performing arts, Jai also has an herbal tea line called Possibiliteas. She is the face and voice of a domestic violence movement now taking place worldwide. She has an organization entitled Ark of Safetea, which covers a multitude of things. She encourages others to S.P.E.A.K., Share Personal Experience and Knowledge. How will they know they can make it, if you never share that you’ve been there?

Jai, is the proud mother of 2 children ages 19 and 15.
