Whitney, Designs in this stage conceptually focus on the HUB aspect and the idea of generation and growth and expansion from the central hub — The Leadership Hub. Colors were chosen that worked well within the VCU gold and black visual ecosystem, and an emphasis was placed on developing designs that could stand alone or be reversed out of a darker background as needed in various usage applications. There are three designs presented at this stage (a full-color rendition of each is presented below as an introduction).
