PEACHTREE PLACE This residence is a custom design for Rachel and Ben Williams, who live in Peachtree, Georgia.

Rachel has multiple sclerosis, so the design of this home needed to be accessible and plan for the use of a wheelchair in the future. The environment needed to be comfortable and accommodate the symptoms and struggles that come with being diagnosed with MS. In addition, the home needed to accommodate their pet, a therapy dog trained to help with depression. Rachel requires the assistance of a walking stick and will likely need to use a wheelchair in the future. She mostly suffers from fatigue, imbalance, speech difficulties, and depression. She loves to express herself through writing and is a journalist for a local magazine and needed an office to work from home.

Costa Rica is defined by its vibrant culture, tropical climate, and biodiversity, calling itself home to some of the mos exotic plants and animals in the world. El Guanacaste restaurant provides its diners with a culturally immersiv experience that you won’t find anywhere else, including tasting cuisine made by Costa Rica’s finest chefs. While at E Guanacaste, you not only learn about the culture, you feel as if you are, even for a small moment, Costa Rican at hear Symbols that are close to Costa Rican’s hearts inspired many aspects of this design. Some of which include the plaste trim molding inspired by the national flower, the Guaria Morada, and the bar structure is abstracted from the nation tree, the Guanacaste, after which the restaurant is named.

PARIS A TRAVERS MES YE This collection of wallcoverings is inspired by the beautiful city of Paris, France. The collection is called Paris à travers mes yeux (Paris Through My Eyes) and captures the essence of Paris in pattern and color. The collection draws from architectural patterns and motifs as well as rich, beautiful colors that can be found throughout the city, including floor tile from Sainte Chapelle de Vincennes, the well-manicured Jardin des Tuileries, windowpane motifs from Sacré Coeur, the soothing colors of Monet’s Water Lilies, and the vibrant colors of the newly restored Samaritaine. While respecting and drawing inspiration from the past, these wallcoverings are designed for today and shine a new light on classicism.

BUCKINGHAM GATE

No. 8 Buckingham Gate was built in during the Georgian period and many aspects of this architectural period have bee into the design. Some of which include Queen Anne chairs upholstered in a blue and white floral textile, tall custom b wainscoting, detailed crown molding, a modernized version of classic window and door casings, and beautiful paste and striped fabrics are selected to embody the classic pattern-on-pattern English decorating style. While designing w style in mind, neoclassical French and Italian pieces were carefully selected for the townhouse with touches of mod and furniture, completing the recipe for depth and richness of history brought to the 21st century.

NOTES: The entry hall embodies subtle grandeur with its pale blue and white striped Schumacher wallpaper accompanied by thoughtfully designed millwork painted Pointing by Farrow & Ball. Antique Queen Anne side chairs and Louis XVI style console and mirror ground the space. An intentionally curated gallery wall draws the eye up the simply elegant staircase. The diamond marble floor completes this classic design.

This charming 1920s California bungalow was newly purchased by a young couple who moved there from Berlin. These clients wanted to complete a surface-level renovation, with the exception of the bathroom, and to keep the original charm of the home. Additionally, they wanted to incorporate several of their old belongings in the design and purchase new furniture and accessories. The fabrics for this design were all sourced from Kravet and the project was awarded the Kravet Design of Distinction Award in 2021.

GLAZMAN This modern architectural design was born from an abstraction of a stem and leaf and is essentially two rectangles overlapping at 90 degrees. The long horizontal lines of the exterior are contrasted by the several short vertical columns that are reminiscent of ancient Greek architecture, adding interest that moves the eye around the asymmetrical elevations. Neutral and soft colors are used with bold accents, completing a fresh modern look. Traditional materials are also implemented into the design, such as herringbone parquet flooring on the main level and a dramatic marble fireplace on the upper level.

NEW CANAAN ESTATE

This estate is a custom-designed house set in New Canaan, Connecticut. This design was inspired by eras o neoclassical architecture while implementing cutting-edge technology. The residence is inspired by histor architecture. French architecture is referenced with the barrel arch above the door to the patio on the upper south elevation of the residence, you will notice a colonnade, a notable feature of Greek and Roman temples.

Located in the Sagaponack, New York, this private residence is a perfect mixture of classic and modern for a small fam the mix of refined and raw materials gives this home character. A complete set of construction documents detail the f plan along with interior and exterior details. Painted hardwood floors are featured throughout the home along with a v several fresh, light textures. The canvas for the design of the living room is beautiful Venetian plaster. A vintage ousha the space while the coffee table and Tom Dixon accent chairs bring add a contemporary touch. Designed for functio kitchen is inspired by industrial french details. The large gridded windows provide excellent natural light and a beauti landscape. The triple bullnose countertops add unexpected interest and ceramic tiles adorn the walls as the backsplas the ceiling is covered in silver leaf to add a touch of glamour to the industrial space.
