Our process begins by reviewing the program in place, while learning the nuances specific to the individual client. To determine gaps in coverage, we must first understand what coverage should be in place. We recognize that each client is unique, so we take a personalized approach, beginning with a discovery process where we gain a better understanding of the overall need and create a customized personal insurance strategy aligned with those needs.
We work alongside industry experts and professionals to determine solutions for gaps in protection, whether through risk management services or insurance policies.
Our recommendations will always include education and choices to manage the program and the cost.
The focus then shifts to implementing the clientās decisions, then servicing those policies and programs with the highest level of detail and care.
At agreed-upon intervals, coverage is reviewed before it is renewed, offering the same options and mitigation capabilities to manage increasing costs or changes in coverage throughout the lives of the policies.

As one of the largest privately held risk management firms in the country, ensuring the security and protection of our clientsā sensitive information is a top priority. The only members of our organization who have access to our private client files are the members of our service team.
MJ has aligned itself with the National Institute of Standards and Technology Cyber Security Framework (NIST CSF). In 2022, MJ contracted with a third-party security firm to confirm our adherence to NIST CSF. Additionally, MJ performs annual penetration testing, annual internal risk assessments, and ongoing vulnerability scanning to stay ahead of potential cyber security risks. We have also received our SOC 2 Type 2 certification, which we maintain today.
We keep strict records of who we speak toāand work withāregarding individual accounts. You are assured of razor-sharp confidentiality and diligent communication only where itās permitted.
