DID YOU KNOW?...Moving your body gets your heart beating and your blood flowing. By increasing blood flow, exercise helps nourish skin cells and keep them vital. Blood carries oxygen and nutrients to working cells throughout the body, including the skin. Movement supplies brain cells with oxygen, promotes the production of new brain cells, and aids in creating new synapses. Research shows that exercise may stimulate the production of brain chemicals norepinephrine and dopamine, which energize and elevate mood.
