Greetings M.S.D.W.T. Staff! Happy May! Please let us begin by celebrating each of you! Happy “Teacher” Appreciation Week! Washington Township is filled with amazing staff! Our students and school community are so fortunate to have amazing staff members leading the way with teaching and learning each day! THANK YOU! It is hard to believe that we are embarking upon the Summer of 2021. We have had an unusual year but we have so much to celebrate. Speaking of celebrations, we are currently tabulating the final steps from this year’s Step Challenge and will be announcing the winners SOON! Please watch for a SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT SOON! As we embark upon summer, we remind you to reach out to Tania or Suzanne with any questions or if you need support to get you moving towards your wellness goals! This is our final official communication for this school year but we welcome your emails or phone calls. Exercise can help lower high blood pressure as much as many medications. Regular aerobic exercise such as brisk walking is recommended for people with hypertension by health authorities such as the American Heart Association. If you are interested in forming a walking group or club over the summer please send your name and location ideas to Tania.
