After Open Enrollment, can the call center help me change my benefits? Select benefit plans allow mid-year changes only when you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period (SEP) due to a recent life event - marriage, loss of coverage, birth, etc. Should you qualify for an SEP, a Benefit Counselor can process your life event and make desired changes to eligible benefits over the phone.
Can my spouse contact the call center for me? Unfortunately not. As the employee, you must be present on the recorded benefits call.
