Simple and Modular

Aquamox is a modular high-density foam construction board designed to make building tiled showers and wet rooms a quick, easy, and simple process. The Aquamox system includes wallboard, shower trays, wall niches, channel drains and wastes, and accessories. Aquamox is designed to cater for onsite changes, being simply cut and shaped using a Stanley knife or circular saw.

Reduce Installation Time

Using the Aquamox system dramatically reduces time and labour costs when installing tiled showers and bathrooms. The pre-contoured Aquamox shower tray can be installed in 10-15 minutes, and once ﬁxed, the entire assembly is ready to waterproof after just 4 hours. This cuts days off the process in comparison to traditional screed and plasterboard construction.

Stronger yet Lightweight

The construction of the Aquamox product is a highdensity XPS board core coated with a ﬁbreglass mesh and polymer cement mortar on both sides. This design makes it a lightweight product yet incredibly strong and durable. Wallboards are weight rated to over 60kg per square meter.

Tried and Tested

Aquamox is purpose-built for tiled showers and wet rooms. It is tested and approved to meet New Zealand & Australian building codes, with a BEAL Appraisal Certificate, ensuring confidence and assurance in the finished product.

Although Aquamox is a moisture-resistant product, the system works in conjunction with liquid membranes to ensure a foolproof system with maximum ﬂexibility.
