“I chose Bay mostly because of the Nursing and Basketball programs, it was also close to home and I really enjoyed the campus.”

Kennedy grew up watching NBA games her whole life and new she wanted to be a nurse. “I’ve always been a people-pleaser, and I love to help people.

I feel like I can make a real difference as a nurse,” she said.

Kennedy played on the Women’s Norse Basketball team and completed her prerequisites before being accepted into the Nursing program
