IS YOUR VENUE HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?
Yes, both our event barn and ADA-compliant portable bathroom are handicap accessible.
IS THERE A SPACE TO GET READY?
Yes, we have two separate spaces for bridal parties to get ready.
DOES THE BARN HAVE A KITCHEN?
No, we do not have a kitchen or any facilities for heating food (e.g., stove, grill).
IS LIGHTING INCLUDED?
The barn is well-lit and includes chandeliers and strings of white lights throughout.
WHAT ABOUT PARKING?
There is ample parking on-site, and guests can be dropped off in front of the barn. Cars may be left overnight if necessary.
CAN I USE OUR OWN PREFERRED VENDORS?
Of course! We are happy to recommend additional vendors if needed.
IS THERE A SHUTTLE SERVICE?
Shuttle bus and taxi services are available in the area and must be arranged by the wedding party/planner.
DOES RENTAL INCLUDE TENT IN THE YARD?
No, tenting arrangements must be made by the wedding party/plan ner, and the cost is not included in the venue rental fee.
IS THERE SUFFICIENT ELECTRICAL FOR DJ/MUSICIAN?
Yes, the barn has numerous outlets for musicians’ equipment, though we do not provide any music or sound system.
CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL?
Yes, outside beer and spirits are permitted but must be served by a licensed, insured bartending service. French Valley Vineyard will provide estate-grown wines pre-selected by the couple during a private tasting prior to the event, with a minimum purchase based on the package selection.
IS A BARTENDER PROVIDED?
Bartenders are typically provided by the catering company or hired bartending service. If only serving French Valley beer, wine, or cider, French Valley can provide bartenders at an additional cost.
IS EVENT STAFFING PROVIDED?
Our property and facilities manager will be on hand to support the event but will not provide direct service to event guests.
HOW LATE CAN MY PARTY GO?
All music must end by 10 PM due to local noise ordinances.
