All Mister Hitches drop shanks are made from solid steel high strength carbon steel (ATSM A36) & have a rated capacity of 4500kg. The rated towing capacity when used with a Mister Hitches WDH system or with a Mister Hitches Mix ‘N’ Match adapter is 3500kg. Compliant with the static test requirements of ADR62/02
PLEASE NOTE: Your towing capacity is determined by the lowest rated component of your towing system e.g. Vehicle’s tow & ball weight capacity , Tow Bar, Tow Ball, Ball Mount etc.
Ball couplings on towbars are required to be installed so that the height of the centre of the body of the ball coupling is between 350mm and 420mm from the ground when laden (Refer to ADR 62/01)
