I have created weekly content highlighting service opportunities in Utah in hopes that we may rediscover the unity within our state. I have educated teens on the importance of volunteerism and involvement in society and showcased the benefits that service can have on their futures. I have put on and participated in many service projects in my area to help ignite and foster unity among my peers.

WHAT DOES STYLE MEAN TO YOU?

To me, style is choosing pieces that make me feel powerful and confident, while also embracing my femininity. It’s always been important that I remain true to myself in my personal style, despite what society may expect from a woman in S.T.E.M. My femininity does not preclude my intellect.

WHAT DOES SERVICE MEAN TO YOU?

I’m constantly stunned and inspired by the amount of time, effort, and manpower that we as women are able to put forth in the name of service to those around us. Service has become a constant in my life, and it is a value I will continue to carry with me long after my time in the Miss America Organization ends.
