MARCH 2025

The next Dispatch magazine is now available. Read through it and give thanks for all that God is doing through the work of MA.

For the month of March, why not spend 30 seconds each day praying through this prayer monthly for our partners and projects.

ANNOUNCEMENTS & EVENTS

We are so excited to share with you that we have a brand new logo and website which are now live! We are still very much the Mission Africa as you know it, just with a brand new look. Our website is the same address as previous - www. missionafrica.org.uk, it will just have a much easier and more friendly user experience.

We’d encourage you to go and check it out, either on your phone or computer. It is our prayer that God would be stirring hearts to reach the unreached across Africa.

Our monthly Zoom meeting will be taking place on the 3rd Thursday of every month at 7pm. You would be most welcome to join us.

Our frst two sessions of Come See Go Tell 2025 have now taken place. The room is flled with almost 40 people who are willing to be used by God this summer. We also started a second course for those who will be leading the teams called ‘Been There, Done That’ which will be based on the book of Acts.

Pray that as they progress through both of these discipleship courses, that it won’t just be about a summer trip, but that their lives will be transformed from seeing God at work in Africa enabling them to go and tell others of God’s faithfulness.

Gaiya Family - The Gaiya’s are grateful for your continued love and prayers. The Lord’s comforting presence has been very real during this time of bereavement. Pamela has returned safely to Musa and Gracie in Jos.

Pray for the several church conferences that will be taking place throughout March. Give thanks for the opportunity for ACTS to attend and display their Bibles and books at each of these.

Many pastors see ACTS being there as a highlight of the conferences so that they are able to get good Christian literature. Pray for encouraging sales particularly during this diffcult economic time.

Ekanem Family - Pray for the monthly outreach taking place on on the 17th March in Godwin’s home village. Pray for spiritual renewal and for unity amongst the people.

Pray for Kids’ Club taking place every Saturday in March at the Ekanem’s home. Pray for the hearts of the children to be open to hearing and responding to the Good News. Pray also for the students at WWTC as Gail teaches them.

Ibia Family - Join Samantha in thanking God for a successful visit to our schools. God has really been faithful and it’s been a great time , building up good relationships with the school.

Praise God for meetings taking place that could open doors for graduates completing their ‘service year’ in Enugu who would volunteer with us. Pray that these discussions will come to fruition and we’ll be able to reach more students.

The Ibia’s are making plans for the beginning of April to hold a seminar on relationships for anyone who is single. Pray for the plans and preparations for this and for those who are planning to attend.

Mark Nixon - Join Mark in praying for the speedy reply regarding his visa application which is being processed at the Nigerian Embassy in London. A prompt visa means a prompt return to Nigeria.

Mark asks that you pray for the evangelism outreaches that are taking place in and around Ankpa at this time. Give thanks that many people are hearing the Gospel.

Pray for engagement opportunities that Mark is hoping to be involved in when he returns to Nigeria, which include a student led programme of evangelism and a College graduation ceremony.

Continue to pray that Ana’s long-term visa would fnally come through. It has been approved, the paperwork is just taking some time to come through to her. Pray for patience as she waits.
