The project KEMKHAAB is more than a boutique for brides and grooms, it's a cultural ode to the timeless beauty of Kashmir The boutique includes spacious and well-lit showrooms, Salon and Makeup Studio, Footwear Section, Accessory Corner, photoshoot studio, Café and lounge area. The concept promises an immersive and enchanting experience, where brides and grooms embark on a journey that seamlessly weaves together the threads of tradition and innovation.
Existing drawings: On site measurements were taken using tape measures and leaser distance measures to ensure the accuracy and precision for the adaptive reuse project

The interventions in this adaptive reuse project includes landscaping with designated seating areas Green elements such as pine trees, cypress, and vibrant flowers etc to enrich the environment The interiors have been redesigned to suit as per the concept, ensuring a seamless blend of heritage and modernity.
Incorporation of dedicated outdoor seating spaces to admire the heritage structure is not just an architectural addition but a thoughtful enhancement to the overall visitor experience
This carefully designed area serves as a vital element in fostering a connection between the observer and the historical significance of the structure.
The designated seating spaces acknowledge the intrinsic value of this heritage structure It promotes a sense of heritage conservation, as individuals are more likely to engage with and to understand the importance of preservation of our cultural legacy when provided with a comfortable space for contemplation

The project Bai’Thak, is a multi-purpose facility center that serve to the needs of the community, reviving the forgotten culture of social gatherings, interactions and togetherness; celebrating the vast diversity of culture, religion, traditions etc
It a space where people can gather, engage and exchange ideas in variety of activities. It helps to generate economy by providing venues for networking, business and collaboration. A G+3 structure houses a large space for shopping, offices, recreational areas, theaters, café and apartments The project holds immense potential for all the sects of the society
K H E N C H E N A KIOSK FREELANCE WORK
The project KHEN CHEN is a kiosk design for a public area. Its a combination of traditional and modern materials utilized to create a functional and aesthetically pleasing structure The kiosk features a brick structure, with elements such as marble, stone, and tiles enhancing its visual appeal. Open-air seating is provided, offering visitors a beautiful view of the park and a nearby lily pool, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere
